Gary Lynn Tribbey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 86, Gary Lynn Tribbey of Paris, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stovall Tribbey and Eleanor Irion-Tribbey; his daughter Sandra Copeland-Tribbey; and his mother-in-law Leonia Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Gena Tribbey; his children, Gaylon Tribbey (Joy) of McAlester, Carmen Melton (Phillip) of Paris and Chris Barber of Paris, Texas; his grandchildren, Aaron Davenport (Jordana) of Durant, Jason Atwood of Reno, Creede Tribbey of McAlester and Hillary Kozuch (Nathan) of Hungary; his great grandchildren, Micah Davenport and Lorelei Kozuch; and his brother Bill Tribbey (Nadra) of Paris. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home (730 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460). The military honors will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restland Cemetery (18 W 3rd St, Roxton, TX 75477).
