He was predeceased by : his wife Jean McBride Wear; and his children, Kelly Wear and William Gray Swenson Wear. He is survived by : his children, Frank Wear III and Kiz Costin (Bill Costin); and his grandchildren, Austin Gray Wear, Lauren and Hailey Costin.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Central Presbyterian Church of Paris in memory of Frank.
