She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Maxwell and James Maxwell; and her son Timothy Glen Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Donald Glen Chapman; her sons, Todd Chapman (Megan) and Cody Chapman (Jamie); her grandchildren, Megan, Macey, Parker, Presli and Brooklyn Chapman; her great grandchild Cali Chapman; and her siblings, Vicki Rogers (Nathan) and Gary Maxwell. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
