She was predeceased by: her father Bro. Herbert Prentice. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Cooper Dean; her husband Mark Edward Welch; her children, Lindsay Welch McCarter (Michael) and Ryan Welch (Lacey); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn McCarter Poole (Cody), Aubrie McCarter, Emma McCarter, Davie Kay Welch and Ridley Welch; her great grandchild Kade Wyatt Poole; her brothers, Prent Dean (Trudi) and Jon Dean (Trinia); and her siblings-in-law, Diane Welch McFadden and Tom Welch. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
