She was predeceased by: her father Glen Whitten. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Maddox; her children, Justin Maddox (Katy), Jennifer Berry (Ronnie) and Jeremy Maddox; her granddaughters, Grace, Chloe and Peyton Maddox; her mother Elizabeth Phelps; and her sisters, Sandy Stuart, Cynthia Taylor, Ande Gilbert and Amy Troxell. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
