He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Beulah Evelyn Townes; his brother Don; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Townes, Bobby and Jenny Boreaux.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Townes; his daughters, Terri Townes (Carlos Ramirez) of Longview, TX, Jill Conway (Jeff Conway) of Blossom, TX and Karissa Lange (Victor Lange); his grandchildren, Rae Conway Pridemore, Cade Conway, Madeleine Lange and Simone Lange; his great grandchild Ever Townes Pridemore; his nieces, Leigh Annis Kennedy (Randy Kennedy) and Tracy Townes; his nephew Rob Boreaux; and his brother-in-law Bradley Boreaux.
