He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Perkins and Margaret Perkins; his daughter Lori Rodriguez; and his sisters, Barbara, Janice and Debbie.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Perkins; his children, Troy (Brayden), Paul and Patty Shaw; and his siblings, Jimmy, Jessie, Linda, Donna and Loretta. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and brother and sister in-laws.
