He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Edna Margarite Elliott; his former wife Elizabeth Patricia Elliott; his daughter Margaret Mary Elliott; and his brothers, James William Elliott, Herman Joe Elliott, Paul Augustine Elliott, J. W. Elliott, Thomas Raphael Elliott, Francis Eugene Elliott and Robert Gerald Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Marie Stennett Elliott; his children, Laura Jean Kennedy, Lee Anne Pete (Audie), Barbara Jane Arechiga and Ronald Leon Elliott (Currie); his stepchildren, Sherry McKim (James), Billy Gleghorn and Vicki Eisele; and his sister-in-law Sara Frances Elliott. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren and a Great-Great grandchild.
