He is survived by: his wife Tina Cullum; his children, Rachel Lutrell (Richard), Jason Cullum (Tara), Johnathan and Melissa Williams; and his brother Samuel "Sammy" Cullum (Tammy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and countless friends.
