She is survived by: her children, Nadia Washington (Henry) and James Smith; her grandchildren, Fayth Smith, Rashad Washington, Lataysha Washington, Stormy Smith, Jameson Smith, Holton Smith and Ally Smith; and her siblings, Delmer Partridge and Stephanie Partridge.
