It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Anne King of Paradise, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Palmer, Jr. and Kate Palmer,; her son Douglas Allen Brucks; the father of her children Roland Brucks; and her stepmother Pearl Palmer.

She is survived by: her husband Roland Brucks; her children, Bill Brucks (Sharon), Art Brucks (Mary Scott), Theresa Taylor (Mike), Gordon Brucks (Ruth) and Janet Barnes (Ron); her stepsister Georgia Shannon (Billy Ray); and her grandsons, Jason Brucks, Jonathan Brucks, Craig Brucks, Michael Taylor, Geoffrey Taylor, Ronnie Barnes and Joshua Barnes. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
