She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Meadows and Ovella Meadows (Grover O. Cleveland); her son Jeff Cleveland; and her son-in-law Jim Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Grover O. Cleveland; her children, Jeffery Byron and Deborah Garrett; her brother Melvin Meadows (Jannie Lou); her sister-in-law Georgia R. Morris; her grandchildren, Amber Travis (Terry), Crystal Emsoff (Scott), Wes Garrett and Russell Garrett (Chelsey); and her great grandchildren, Jazmin Cadena, Roger, Kevin Witty, Skylar, Elise, Abigail and Gabe Emsoff.
