He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Bullard and Mattie Bullard; his siblings, Leon, Ronnie, Johnnie and Ladonna; his granddaughter Kayla Shoemaker Harrington; his grandparents, John Wesley Bullard and Ladonna Lee Roberts; and his great-grandparents, Francis Marion O'Neal and Eliza Ellen Shipman.
He is survived by: his children, Hymo, Sidney, Donald, Jr., Dolan Bullard, Naomi Shoemaker and Christi Bonds; his children-in-law, Jerry, Bobby and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Matt, Kim, Lacey, Wesley, Sid, Jr., Ronnie, Heaven, Zak, Cody, Angel, Bobby, III and Craig. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
