He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Rhodes and Joyce Rhodes; and his siblings, Mary Beth Busby, Robert Murrell, Bobby Pearce and Randy Busby.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Rhodes; his children, Melissa Hurdle (Daniel), Christy Burwell (John), Charlie Rhodes (Laura) and Deidra Roberts (Daniel); and his siblings, Vicky Pearce, Carolyn Murrell and Tony Rhodes (Misty). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.
