He is survived by: his wife Emily Louise Watters (Cooksey); and his children, Timothy Cooper (Michelle), Michael Watters (Vicky), Debra Thomas (Dennis), Todd Cooper (Adrianna), Tammy Cooper, Gay Dally (Tom) and Trey Cooper (Gina). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
