We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 85, William Frank Simms (Panhandle, Texas), born in Amarillo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Simms and Beatrice Johnson Simms. He is survived by: his wife Lori Beam of Panhandle; and his children, Stan Simms (Debbie) of Granbury, Paul Winegeart (Melanie) of DeLeon, Philip Winegeart (Sherry) of Panhandle, Peter Winegeart (Margaret) of Panhandle, Glenna Henderson (Craig) of Amarillo, Shana Simms and Penny Murphy (Jonathan) of Stratford. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
