He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Sue Beasley LeGate and Wayne LeGate. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hicks of Panhandle; his children, Terry LeGate, Jr. (Jennifer) of Amarillo and Brandi Beagle of Amarillo; his stepsons, René Heck (Derek) of Panhandle and Brandon Choate (Emily) of Panhandle; his grandchildren, Lucas LeGate, Logan LeGate, Colton Beagle, Lacie Madrid, Ashlyn Beagle (Clay Wilson), Hunter Heck, Houston Heck, Kinsley Choate, Lainey Choate and Brayson Choate; his great grandchild Breyleigh Madrid; his sister Diane Rubenthaler (Dan) of Amarillo; and his nephews, Frank Hembree (Pam) and Matthew Hembree.
In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the Youth Ministry at First Baptist Church of Panhandle or a charity of choice.
