He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hoskins and Clara Hoskins. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Bailey (Eric) of Portland, Oregon and Nolan Patrick Hoskins (Maggie) of South Texas; his sister Mina Freeman (Bill) of Amarillo; his nephew Will Herring (Lisa) of Celina; his niece Torie Holley (Daniel) of Casa Grande, Arizona; his uncle Charlie Hoskins (Pat) of Leander; his great-niece Harper Herring; and his great-nephew Mason Herring.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of White Deer (411 S Omohundro St, White Deer, TX 79097).
