He is survived by: his children, Marissa and Luke; his wife Patty; his parents, Clyde Durst and Holly Durst of Independence, KS; his children, Daneen, Joe Velasquez of Amarillo, TX, Jason Norsworthy of Amarillo, TX and Tori Durst of Panhandle, TX; his grandchildren, Braden, Michael, Landon, Lydia, Alexia, Meredith, Cooper and Madeline; his children, Todd, Sarah Eades, Matthew, Kaysha Eades and Emma; the parent of his child Guilia; his children, Jayden, Emmalyn, Kylen, Bryzlie, Taylee and Ayven; and his siblings, Linda, Kenneth Farmer, Timothy, Samantha Durst, Steve and Lisa Durst. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
