She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Alice Melissa Floyd (Lowery); her husband Luther John Wade Sr.; her daughter Bonnie Eileen; her grandchildren, Kelly Lynn Goswick, Ricky Alan McGowen, Jamie Jo Lycan and Raelyn Hickman; and her great grandchild Tyler Cobb.
She is survived by: her sons-in-law, Mark Lycan and Richard Valenzuela; and her children, John Wade Jr. (Donna) of Panhandle, Susan (Gary McGowen) of Midland, TX, Mary (Richard Robinson) of Panhandle, Bettie Valenzuela of Childress, TX, Jenny Wade-Lycan of Panhandle and Johna (Mark Figueroa) of Borger.
