We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2021, at the age of 76, Laroy Hightower of Panhandle, Texas, born in Tell, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laymon Oliver Hightower and Virginia Groseclose Hightower; his children, Shawn and LaSonda; his granddaughter Mindy Hightower; and his siblings, Dan, Bud, Mickie, Babe, Ricky and Douf Helms.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Sims Hart of Panhandle; his children, Kevin Hightower (Bridgett) of Dalhart, Jimmy Boen (D'Ann Swain) of Panhandle, Brenda Woods (Murry) of Elgin and Kelly Richardson (Jimmy) of Dalhart; and his siblings, Dale Hightower (Marcella) of Childress, Tommy Hightower (Becky) of Childress and Jeanette Whitehead (Aubrey) of McKinney. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
