Keith Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2021, at the age of 77, Keith Cook of Panhandle, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cook and Barbara Cook; and his brother Milton Cook. He is survived by: his children, Keith (Susan Cook), Bert (Ruth Cook), Rita McKinley of Panhandle and Kimberly Sober of Panhandle; his brother Merle (Sherry Cook) of Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Ann, Sam, Tori, Drew, Chase, Christian, Brady and Brantzen. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews.
The family will not be holding a service, in observation of Keith's wishes, and asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
