He is survived by: his children, Harold Paul Smith III (Stephanie) of Panhandle, Jerrell Smith of Panhandle, Mindy Roe (Noel) of Fritch and Mysti Lynn Smith of Panhandle; and his siblings, Douglas Smith of Panhandle and Judy Sharpe-Oglesby (Robert) of Amarillo.
