He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Phillips and Evelyn Phillips; his wife Debbie Simmons; his sons, Clayton Phillips of Panhandle and Scott Phillips (Shirley) of Abilene; his siblings, Don Phillips (Suvena) of Levelland and Fern Danislavs (John) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Cambrie Phillips, Chloe Phillips, Timothy Phillips and Andrew Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
