He was predeceased by: his sister Sharron Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Carol of Panhandle; his children, Kevin Mayfield (Lisa) of Panhandle, Greg Mayfield of Panhandle and Pamela Hammer (Robert) of Panhandle; and his brother Raymond Mayfield.
