She was predeceased by: her father George Raymond Penn of Happy, Texas.; her son Ricky Osborn; her mother Betty Davis (Collins); and her sister Brenda Penn. She is survived by: her former husband Rick Osborn; her husband Charles Kincade; her daughter Sheryl Chavez (Terry); her granddaughters, Chloe and Maddison of Panhandle; her siblings, Shirley Calhoun (Eugene) of Happy, Texas and Derick Collins (Sondra) of Amarillo, Texas; her niece Casey Counts; and her nephews, Dustin Penn, Brandon Calhoun and Brand Collins. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
