It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Burton Willard (Panhandle, Texas), born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Willard and Winnie Esther Talley; his wife Betty Rinestine; and his brothers, Dwight Willard and Claude Willard.
He is survived by: his sons, Peter Shane Willard (Rhonda) of Panhandle and Daniel Earl Willard (Carol) of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Erin, Danika, Morgan, Jesse, Justin, Dusty, Rusty and Shane; and his brother Jim Willard of Enid, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to a charity of choice.
