She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse A. Carter and Allie Dees Carter; and her siblings, Travis Carter, Laguinn Carter, Bobby Carter, Kermit Carter, Kenneth Carter, Janice Kingham and Clenice Robertson.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Kingham of Panhandle; her children, Danny Kingman (Tamera) of Weston, Colorado and Debbie Carter (Danny) of Texline; her grandchildren, Heath Kingham (Tayler), Quentin Kingham (Kim), Nicole Higgs (Bryan), Alicia Smith and Eric Carter (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Alexia, Bianca, Maya, Renleigh, Brendell, Ashlyn, Clarity, Danielle, Alyssa, Chloe, Dale, Jackson, Kaitlynn, Savannah, Clarabelle and Dexter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
