He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Charles Simmons and Anita Joyce Wheeler Simmons; his wife Grace Lupton; his daughters, Courtney Simmons (Myles Pratt) of Panhandle and Shelby Cargill (Joey) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Vivian Stamps, Kyle Pratt, Olivia, Kyndal and Preston Cargill; and his brothers, Kelly Simmons of Lubbock, Tracy and Seena Simmons of Shallowater.
