She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Tony Cadena; her grandfather Owen Mangus; and her great-uncle Larry Mangus. She is survived by: her parents, Vicky Middleton of White Deer and Bryan Humphrey; her grandparents, Karen Mangus of Pampa, John Cadena of Lefors, Kenneth and Alisa Humphrey of Pampa; her great-grandparents, Jerome, Beverly Humphrey of Pampa and Rosemary Cadena of Pampa; her great-aunt Lisa Coronado of Pampa; and her sisters, Brooklyn Middleton, McKenzie Middleton, Maddyson Slater and Tymber Middleton.
