He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Paul Raymond; and his uncle Harold Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, James Lewis and Marilyn Lewis; his wife Vatsana "Nancy" Lewis; his sons, Ryan Lewis (Amber) of Pampa, Erick Lewis (Darby) of Pampa and Oliver Lewis of Pampa; his stepchildren, Owen Boutsamary of Pampa, Angie Boutsamary and Amy Boutsamary; his siblings, Debbie Raymond and Howard Lewis (Michele) of Westminster, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Courtney Lewis of Pampa, Braydin Lewis of Pampa, Hagen Lewis of Pampa and Laramie Lewis of Pampa.
