She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Blackerby and Delbert Blackerby; her sister-in-law Russell; and her sister June Blumhof. She is survived by: her former husband Joe Cooke; her husband James Stavenhagen; and her children, Terry, Beverly Johnson (Lynn) of Mansfield, Cathy Burrell of Wheeler, Betsy Goen (Mark) of Amarillo, Kelly Cooke (Charlotte) of Midland and Steve Trapp (Sherry) of Plano. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and by 1 great-great-grandchild; and other extended family.
