She was predeceased by: her parents, Minerva Pamplin and Arlo Pamplin; her siblings, James, Claude, Phyllis, Arnold, JoAnn and Charles; her husbands, Marvin Mills and Paul Peters; her children, Evelyn Kaye Mills Cook, Richard "Ricky" Mills, David Mills and Herbert Mills; her grandson Jeremy; her great grandchild Mikey; and her great great grandchild Dawson.

She is survived by: her children, Marvin Jr. and Lorri; her daughter-in-law Tammy Mills of Haven, Kansas; her son Melvin Mills of Pampa; her son-in-law Keith Boyd of Stinnett; and her sisters, Eleanor Bully Palmer of Durant, OK, Louella Fobb Olinger of Lufkin and Bernice Fobb Williams of Bennington, OK..
