He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Thornburg and Jeneane Thornburg. He is survived by: his siblings, Leroy E. Thornburg, Jr. (Tim), Delia Ann Grimes (Joe) of Pampa and Russell Thornburg (Beth) of Milano; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Thornburg of San Antonio; and his nieces, Christy Fanelli of Virginia Beach, Cyndy Cox of Rhome and Alexis Griffith (Tyler) of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
