He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Parks and Patricia Parks of Pampa; his son Kade Parks of Lefors; his brothers, Kevin Parks (Candace) of Pampa and Matthew Parks of Fort Worth; his nieces, Pailsey Parks and Raelynn Parks; his nephew Nathaniel Pearson; and his grandparents, Mary and Neil Fulton of Pampa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
