We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2023, at the age of 77, Susan Elaine Nelson of Pampa, Texas, born in Compton, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Red Nelson and Helen Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Don King of Bowie; her sister Cathy Mathis of Ball Ground, GA; her niece Laura Aubrey of Olathe, KS; and her close friends, John and Susan Tripplehorn of Pampa. She is also survived by animals, most particularly horses and cats.
