He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Seely. He is survived by: his parents, Wynona and Russell Seely, Sr. of Pampa; his children, Craig Seely (Susan Hall) of Lefors and Melody Mullen (Todd) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Brody Seely of Lefors, Tristan Seely of Sulphur and Bailee Mullen of Lubbock; and his brothers, Phillip Seely (Debby) of Corpus Christi, Stephen Seely (Tarra) of Amarillo and Conrad Orndoff.

Memorials may be given to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, PO Box 1980, Amarillo, Texas 79174-0001; or Lefors Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 361, Lefors, Texas 79054.
