He is survived by: his children, Roy Hayes Jr. (Danielle McKinniss) of Ohio, Bryan Hayes (Pamela) of Houston and Renee Hayes of Houston; his stepdaughter Jamie Mears of Canyon; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Bryan Johnson, Annalisa Hayes, Jay Jay Martinez, Elijah Sandoval, Koa Smith and Uriel Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Tristain Hux, Jeremy Mears, Rhianna Norman, Alayah Chaney, Ashley Cardenas and Alec Miller; his great grandchildren, Easton Lizotte and Layla Hux; his brother Reese Hayes of Wisconsin; and his niece Vicky (Johnny) of Chicago.
