He is survived by: his wife Nancy Logan; his mother Paula Jane Mitchell of Wilmer; his daughters, Paula Sherley (Kenneth) of Haileyville, Crystal Perry of Texas and Alice Stark of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Tyler, Brianna, Nathan, Haylie, Patricia, Tiffany, Misty, Donna, Carrie, William, Nathaniel, Rosie, Serenity and Jaxon; and his siblings, Robbie Jane Perry, Sandra Addington, Kathy Van Loan, Stephanie Flowers, Cindy Hoy, Danny Null and Brian Perry. He is also survived by three sons.
