He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dismuke and Kay Dismuke; his children, Wanda Gardner, Vernon Woodward and Norman Woodward; his daughter-in-law Terry Woodward; and his brother Franklin Dismuke.
He is survived by: his spouse Gay Paulette Shipley; his children, Regina LeBaron, Sheila Moody, Danny Dismuke and Wayne Woodward; and his children-in-law, Cindy Woodward and Curtis Keys. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
