He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Garcia and Flora Gracia; and his wife Maria Velia Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Jose Angel Garcia (Norma) of Pampa, Osvaldo Garcia (Silvia) of Pampa, Ramon Garcia (Nelda) of Pancho Villa and Dolores Garcia (Alfredo Vasquez) of Chihuahua. He is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many extended family.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Winegeart Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (300 W Browning Ave, Pampa, TX 79065).
