She was predeceased by: her stepfather Charlie Duncan; her husband Junior; her daughter JoLynne Vise; her son-in-law Deany Blackmon; and her siblings, Betty Kindle, Bill Frost, Larry Frost and Hubert Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ellis of Pampa, Vicki Blackmon of Pampa and Rita Moler (Wayne) of Pampa; her brothers, Alvin Ward of Riverton Wyoming and Norman Frost (Carolyn) of Eldorado; and her grandchildren, Shawn Blackmon, Carrie Hair (Dewayne), Josh Blackmon (Courtney), Randall Ellis (Jackie), Mindy Folden, James Martin (Melissa), Lauren Ellis Ayers, Kelby Vise (Alayna) and Maddie Vise.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests donations may be made to the Hobart Baptist Church at 1100 W. Crawford Street in Pampa.
