It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Moda Cozart of Pampa, Texas, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boston Cates and Moda Cates; and her children, Ruth Ann Cozart, John Cozart and Gary Cozart.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Zed (Cozart); her daughter Velma Earl (Melvin) of Pampa; her granddaughters, Alissha Jefferis (Kevin) of Pampa, Kendra Appier (Brad) of Bushland and Lindsey Maddox of Amarillo; and her great grandchildren, Kolton Jefferis (Bailey), Taylor Jefferis, Austin Appier, Connor Appier, Addison Appier, Brody Seely, Tristan Seely and Ryan Maddox.
Should donations be preferred, the family suggests they be made to The Carpenter's Church, P.O. Box 1476, Pampa, TX 79066-1446 in honor of Lucille.
