He is survived by: his friend Jeanie Franklin; his wife Jeanie McComas; his children, Katy Magee (Destry) of McLean and Matt McComas (Audra) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Magee, Smith (Straton) of Canyon, Jack Magee of McLean and Kathryn Hendley of Amarillo; his sister Mary Jane (Jerry Taintor) of Westlake Village, CA; and his niece Christy Taintor of Westlake Village, CA. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and other extended family.
