She is survived by: her children, Pam Spangler of Pampa, Becky Ramey of Pampa and Craig Spangler (Misti) of Abilene; her grandchildren, Ashley Rabel (Lexton) of Pampa, Alyssa Wilkins (Anton) of Amarillo, Allison Ramey (Brian Lane) of Minnesota, Kendle Lindholm (Mike) of Maryland, Michael Graham (Denae) of Amarillo, Nolan Spangler (Natalie) of Oswego and Tyler Spangler of St. Charles, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Clayton, Harper, Owen, Beckham, Marina, Nora and Foster; her sister Carolyn Faulkner (Gerald) of Burnett; and her daughter-in-law Teri Voris-Spangler of Elgin, Illinois.
