She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lewis and Mary Bergner Lewis; her daughter Kali Ann Miller; her grandson Andrew McDougall; and her brothers, Robert Lewis and William Lewis.
She is survived by: her spouse Charley Miller; her daughters, Melany Craig (Larry) of Pampa, Randie Davis of Edmond and Laura Covalt (Monte) of Pampa; her sister Carolyn Hedrick of Cresaptown, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Charles Craig (Sarah), Hunter Craig (ToniRae), Jacob Craig (Caitlyn), Maggi Richey (Matt), Trey Davis, Grace Davis, Cali Willingham (Jake), Abbi Whisenhunt (Cole) and John Luke Covalt (Megan). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
