She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Scarbrough and Clarice Mae Scarbrough; her husband Billy Eugene Roye; her son Paul Roye; her son-in-law Jimmy Jennings; her brother Bueford; her sister-in-law Nelta Scarbrough; and her stepmother Marie Scarbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Jennings of Pampa, Shonda Meadows (Dale) of Pampa and Mark Roye (Wende) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown (Brian), Cassie Goen, Nick Jennings (Arian), Lindsay Boyd, Kristen Karr (Josh), Katelyn Perez, Brady Roye, Holly Winborne, Zachary Winborne (Jessica) and Logan Cuddy; and her great grandchildren, Landon Brown, Mason Brown Taitlyn Goen, Kipton Goen, Brenton Stowers, Tucker Boyd, Weston Boyd, Ethan Karr, Addie Karr, Augie Perez, Halle Burk, Hayden Winborne, Emery Winborne, Ethan Winborne and Aiden Sanchez. She is also survived by her family and friends.
