He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Gething. He is survived by: his father Bill Gething of Pampa; his wife Marna Travis Oldham; his sons, Robert Gething (Stephanie) of Amarillo and David Gething (Liz) of Westminster, Maryland; his brother William Grant Gething (Joyce) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Liah, Carter, Emmalynn and Charlotte; and his nephew Jacob Grant Gething of Pampa.
