He was predeceased by: his parents, John Turner Hunter and Marjorie Hunter (McLain); his wife Lavada Joyce Hunter (Smith); his brother Red Hunter; his son-in-law Ed Robinson; his grandsons, Jamie Hamon and Mike Hunter; and his great grandchild Yancie McCuistion.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Hunter (Dianne) of Morris, OK, Christy Robinson of Pampa, TX and Susie Hamon (Kenneth) of Pampa, TX; his grandchildren, Julie Hunter, Yancie Brennan of Grand Junction, CO, Justin Hunter (Lindsay) of Olathe, KS, Whitney Oxley (Courtney) of Pampa, TX, Farrah of Olney Springs, CO and Matthew Hamon; his great grandchildren, Olivia Sharp, Mickala Sharp, Brooke, Nate Ornong, Daven Brennan, Aidan Hunter, Ava Hunter, Lacie Oxley, Ethan Oxley, Braydon Oxley, Quinn Oxley, Chaney McCuistion, Crowley McCuistion, Delaney Hamon and Dylan Hamon; his great great grandchildren, Lincoln, Rori and Lakelyn; and his brothers, Joe Hunter (Carolyn) and Dean Hunter.
