He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Brantley and Helen Adair; and his sisters, Olivia Howard and Karen Ayala. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brantley; his daughter Alison Barrett (Nathan) of Amarillo; his grandsons, Jack of Amarillo, William of Amarillo and Henry Barrett of Amarillo; his mother-in-law Eva Jo Ray of Pampa; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Hillman of Eagle Lake, Reuben Day (Susan) of Amarillo and Rodney Day (Troi) of Pampa.
